Hole Card: The Dealer’s card that is not visible to you.

Push: A tie between you and the Dealer is called a push. Player’s bet is returned in a push.

Double: The act of doubling your bet by judging the quality of your cards in hand.

Hit: The act of drawing a card.

Split: The act of splitting a pair of cards into two hands.

Stand: When you are fine with your card total and do not want to add more to it, you stand or opt not to draw.

Insurance: A method of safeguarding your bet against a Blackjack that the dealer may have.

Face Value: The value on a card that is printed as is.
